I am really happy to inform you that I am feeling comfortable without bloating, cramps, and pain. Also no digestion and constipation issues.

After meeting Dr. Guru Basava Sir, I am having solid food as per the diet plan provided by him. No issues.

Most importantly, yesterday I had Saaru Anna and Majjige Anna in Raghavendra Mutt on account of my father's ceremony. Absolutely I am fine without any problems. This has given me a lot of satisfaction and confidence. Of course, I will follow my diet plan as a routine.

Sir Namaste, After I started the liquid diet from 14th of this month as per Dr. Santhosh Sir's advice, my cramps, bloating, and gas accumulation have come down very much. Appetite has also increased, and sometimes I feel too hungry.

For a week now, one time I am taking semi-solid or soft food like rice dal or idli. Normally I am okay, but sometimes I feel partially constipated, little gas accumulation, and heaviness. One good aspect is that I am having no noticeable pain or cramps.

During such times, I take duphalac for constipation and regularly take Esogress 40 for gas, which was prescribed by Dr. Guru Basava Sir. Then again, I follow the full liquid diet for a day, and it becomes fine.

Since the liquid diet is very tiring, I combine soft solid food once a day. My weight has naturally come down from 61kg to 57-58kg after this liquid diet.

One major aspect is that I am suffering from anxiety and depression, but in spite of all these, I am having a pain-free life because of you and Guru Basava Sir. My sincere thanks to you Sir 🙏🙏
